چکیده

PIN-formed (PIN) proteins are important auxin carriers that participate in the polar distribution of plants. In this study, 16 ZaPIN genes were identified from whole genome Zanthoxylum armatum DC. The physicochemical properties and structure PIN determined, gene sequences promoter regions analyzed to identify cis-acting elements conserved motifs. transcript profiles different tissues response gibberellin treatments also analyzed. A phylogenetic analysis separated into four groups. showed closest evolutionary relationship those Citrus sinensis most distant Oryza sativa. cis-element revealed a large number cis related plant hormones, growth development, stress stimuli, suggesting ZaPINs have wide range biological activities. Additionally, expression profiling had patterns nine tissues. Further qRT-PCR analyses upregulated by young leaves. Our results provide useful information for further structural functional family Z. armatum.

Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of auxin response factor gene family in Medicago truncatula

Auxin response factors (ARFs) bind specifically to auxin response elements (AuxREs) in the promoters of down-stream target genes and play roles in plant responses to diverse environmental factors. Using the latest updated Medicago truncatula reference genome sequence, a comprehensive characterization and analysis of 24 MtARF (M. truncatula ARF) genes were performed. To uncover the basic informa...

Genome-Wide Identification, Classification, and Expression Analysis of Amino Acid Transporter Gene Family in Glycine Max

Amino acid transporters (AATs) play important roles in transporting amino acid across cellular membranes and are essential for plant growth and development. To date, the AAT gene family in soybean (Glycine max L.) has not been characterized. In this study, we identified 189 AAT genes from the entire soybean genomic sequence, and classified them into 12 distinct subfamilies based upon their sequ...

Genome-wide identification, isolation and expression analysis of auxin response factor (ARF) gene family in sweet orange (Citrus sinensis)

Auxin response factors (ARFs) are an important family of proteins in auxin-mediated response, with key roles in various physiological and biochemical processes. To date, a genome-wide overview of the ARF gene family in citrus was not available. A systematic analysis of this gene family in citrus was begun by carrying out a genome-wide search for the homologs of ARFs. A total of 19 nonredundant ...

Genome-Wide Identification, Evolution, and Expression Analysis of the ATP-Binding Cassette Transporter Gene Family in Brassica rapa

ATP-binding cassette (ABC) proteins can act as transporters of different substrates across biological membranes by hydrolyzing ATP. However, little information is available about ABC transporters in Brassica rapa, an important leafy vegetable. In the present study, we carried out genome-wide identification, characterization and molecular evolution analyses of ABC gene family in B. rapa and 9 ot...
